Is selling WPE/Kafra Points for zeny allowed? Afaik you aren't allowed to advertise/sell it here on the forums, but can you do it in-game?

Yes, you can freely sell and advertise sale of WPE in game. You cannot do so on the forums.

If either party scams the other, the GMs will not provide any compensation, however, the scamming party may be subject to a suspension.
