Hi,My question is :

 

Is possible to use HD Bradium for upgrade a lvl 1 or lvl 2 weapon (main gauche)

 

if is possible,the upgrade rate is higher than a lvl 3/lvl 4 weapon or is the same rate?

3 and below have the same rates which is 20%, while 4 is 10% instead.
