Payment Error.

Hello everyone. Im having a problem issue with Warp Portal Energy Points Payment. The thing is, i've clicked in PowerUp! Section in the website of WarpPortal.com and bought 2.500 Warp Energy Points. One day later, i've received a e-mail from MercadoPago informing the Payment was approved. So i've logged in to check my WPPoints, to convert to Item Mall Points. When i'll log in in my account, the message "Payment error" appeared and i can't login. I've tried a lot, and i also send a ticket 2 days ago and didn't get any answer. I need to get the item mall quick because i wanna get the points with the christmas promotion. That is very unpleasant because you pay for something that didn't work ¬¬" My friend tried to buy some energy points too and the same error happens, before he goes to the buying section. That is an urgent problem, because many people stay so frustrated with that negligence of Warp Portal Team. Like Sum41 says, So am i, still waiting...

You may find that you receive a response to your ticket today, as billing related issues tend to be addressed during business days (Mon - Fri).  Since you've been waiting for a while though, you will want to send a private message to Warnhal with your ticket number, so that he can check up on what is causing the delay in processing your ticket.

It's not an isolated problem, it's doing the exact same thing to me, but only on one of my four accounts.  I'm sure they'll dig into this issue quick, as it is preventing many of us from buying WP.  ;)
