Woke up early morning to go leveling~

and suddenly...you prohibited to log in 2020 XD

Seriously warp portal?
Im vip with 2 account got banned for no reason!!!

already submit a ticket (i know)The point is..why are you guys doing this..if i cant log in this Xmas..i think all my days spend on IRO have no meaning at all..since ticket get view in like 1 week right..xmas will passed during my account banned?!(broken english sorry)...here the ticket....if anyone can do anything to help ill be really grateful

Instead, PM Camp or Warnhal and they'll poke someone about it.

if you truly have no idea why your account was banned, avoid helping "friends" transfer items across accounts in the future.

I have also similar problem like this this morning when I woke up....

 

My vending merchant account got suspended too I have done nothing illegal with this account....

 

Already sent a ticket and also already PM Oda hope he wants to read my message because I cannot wait for a week I need to use the merchant and the goods inside it..... huhuhu

My previously main account got randomly banned (no illegal or close to illegal activities whatsoever) and it looks like I'll never enter it again

Then again it's my fault for being so lazy as to not send a ticket

i got reply...they said i receive a massive amount of money...i know i did a lot of trading with buying and selling gear..well -_- happen..im no longer interest in fighting with this nicolai guy...might as well quit...they love to banned innocent people and let those botter free right?? But if I may suggest that the year 2020 means that you can still explain yourselves and make sure that you can prove yourself innocent.... not to mention that it is VIP account so Warpportal will surely hear your explanation. Have you tried PM Mr. Oda by yourselves? I guess he can help you....

 

If you are innocent please keep it up I believe you will get released....

Just be honest, that's my only and best advice to you.

If you have done something against the rules they will give you a second chance in most cases.

If you lie to them or pretend like you didn't do something they know you did, then it probably won't end up the way you want it to.

Well if OP says a lot of trading gears with 'massive income' get suspended I think all the vendors in eden 1F would also get suspended too yeah because they are also trading gears with high prices.... Just my 2cents...
