Hey everyone! Helium is in the office and working with a developer on the issue. We called him in to try and get everyone back in game. I believe the VMod will keep you guys up to date on this.

I used 1 100% exp on my character, i am grinding for 4 hours and this happen, and the event wont last forever... that is so annyoing, you should extend the event for one more week.

Hi, I have a 1Day 100% exp active and running out alone while you fix the loggin issue, sadly I may have to buy a new one cuz of your server issue.
Hoping for a good compensation.

The GM team should (most likely) be happy to help you with a replacement 100% exp item you can reach them at https://support.warpportal.com. As for the event that is up to Helium/Alteris to decide but the mods will make sure that you concern is heard.

......I find no words...But evt was nice touch and spend all "Premium"/Scrool/Item Mall User 3 Days Exp Scroll 100%...We pay real Money for many freeze in Login Screen
