I started levelling here few days ago and I'm doing rubbish - my dmg is low and i die a lot
I have money to buy high end gear. What gear & stat should my AS ranger be?
I don't know which one more important - FS / EA / DEX?
Any advise will be highly appreciated.

First, you might want to get white wing set with Dokebi card for wind property. That should give you some resistance to Celia's thunder attacks.
Next, in general, EA > FS > Dex.
If you want high AS damage output, get
+9 Autumn Headband
White Wing Suit with as high refine level as you can, with EA enchants
+9 WW Manteau with FS enchants
+9 BXB or higher with hydra / archer skel
Sound Amp with Owl Baron (for lex procs)
+7 Capricorn Crown for Earth Mild Wind proc
Make sure you bring tons of berries or Incubus pet for SP leech.

My favorite is the guy with a +14 BXB Thanatos+TG and DEAR GOD AWFUL ENCHANTS WTF WERE YOU THINKING?!?!?!

Maybe they're hiding their real armors and only showing their secondary armor. Hue.. I won't be surprised if those were their 2nd armor..

Oh I meant on the BXB's though. There is no comparison to WWS EA3 and BXB EA3 esp when you're working with a 100b card setup and 4-10b weaponry. If you're going to go balls out and +14 something, why the hell wouldn't you just drop 5b on BXBs and enchant them until you get something worth upgrading/carding?
If you got an EA3 BXB (max is EA3/3 too and I know a few EA3's exist), at +13 it would nearly beat a +14, saving you roughly 5-6b already. And 
, if you have that, it's worth +14ing. Why the hell would you +14 an Int+1Agi+1?
