Hi! There seems to be a bit of confusion as to exactly what Mods and class reps are allowed to do. I will try to clarify this for everyone. Mods are here to moderate the forums, answer questions, mute zulie sellers, and basically be on the lookout for rule breakers. They can not ban, dc, nor mete out any kind of punishment. Class reps are liasons to the devs. We listen and gather feed back from the community about changes that are coming up, or have just been made. We answer questions if possible, relay ideas, complaints, suggestions, or praise to the devs. We encourage the community to test the upcoming changes on the Pegasus test server, and leave feedback for them. We have no authority of any kind. We are merely players that gather information, and relay them to the devs. We can and do also relay information from the devs back to the community. We can not help with tickets, neither can the mods. We can not settle disputes either. I hope this has helped some.
