I have. Arc quests, completed them all with the exception of personally dealing with Surt/Satan Morroc. That's the place where I find that Secret Wind dying NPC under Weistrass' command. Lovely view, makes me wonder what's at the bottom. Does somebody have a cord so I can bungee jump elsewhere other than Umbala? XD

Good news for you: Lutie is always accessible! Santa permanently resides in the top-right corner of Aldebaran. If you can find him, he'll warp you to Lutie field again.

Used to hang out in a spot almost exactly like this in real life to smoke weed and watch the fireworks (ah, high school days). Only difference was the freeway was under neath and it was overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The most beautiful place in the whole city before they tore it down. All the cars speeding below at night time, the stars on the water and the cranes unloading cargo at the docks... The police had to chase us off a few times, though. Thankfully the 50 here are pretty dang nice.

Noob question> how do you tilt the camera to that angle?

(Usually, when I want a screenshot in this angle, I go to Veins and walk/teleport/warp to the place where I want to take the screenshot which is very tedious)
