if we're most likely to lose the clans we have either Leonis or Draconis after the server merge then it's good to start with no duplication clan names at all (for security purposes). The clan names duplication must be checked before it can be inserted in the database, no spaces allowed, such keypress are not allowed, etc..it's all in the code

I have no problem with duplicate clan names. I actually had a few a long time ago, that I wanted to appear exactly the same so I could have more then 50 members in the clan name without some stupid "Jr" or "#" after it.
