I obtained the Dusty jewel once, took the Hirias Tear Quest, and i abandoned it. now i wanted to get a new dusty jewel. Question is, can i still obtain it after i abandoned the Hirias tear quest ? ive been hunting in scavengers for almost 1 hr and havent got dusty jewel yet :c ( im lvl 230)

Did you try talking to Queen Alana in Muris again? Sometimes when you abandon a quest that can only be done once per character (like this or the Hero Quest) before you've completed it, you can get the quest again by talking to the NPC who gave you the last part of the quest before you gave it up. It's worth a try anyway.

 

The dusty jewels go directly into your consumable tab now when you are level 210 or above so you might want to make sure that you have a space for it. If that doesn't work, I think you will probably have to make a ticket to see if that quest can be reset for your character.
