Hi ///i have problem for download client /// I downloaded the loader from the site press start it starts downloading and then throws the error Webget request failed

probably the server is down.

Try a full check and if it still is not starting afterwards like cleff said server is probably under maint.

Never do a full check. Full check does not work and will corrupt your client.
