Says 10 in im, transfers to 1 in bag. So thousands of cards and hours of farming all turned into four cards. Man, saved. the. day. 

 

Appreciate the thought, but poor compensation and thanks for making the farming characters quit.

I had 200 of each card. And you give me 4 boxes. Pathetic

Well, oops. The boxes do not stack.

 

Easy to fix but I think it may be better to just let everyone keep those singles and (after I can talk Alteris into it) adding an amount of cards back to Manage Items equal to the number you had (in up to 1000 stacks since the card parts do stack) and letting you guys have an additional week with them. A decision on this will have to wait until tomorrow though.

Anything you will do will make someone angry. You really managed in the worste possible way, as always.

Someone compounded the cards in advance coz we know you would have deleted them. The greedy ones didn't do, hoping you will restore them after... so now.... if you restore, you will make unhappy those who compounded.

If you don't restore, you will make unhappy those who didn't compound.

 

So you will fail anyway.

As a player I think restoring the cards wouldn't bring any problems to the others, everyone did as they thought it was the best, it was their decision.

Ok, so I have now had a chance to discuss the matter with the team and here is the resolution:

• We are going to leave the single boxes in the Item Mall Manage Items storage as they are.
• We are going to leave the compoundable Christmas Card Pieces in the auction hall as they are for now.
• We are going to add the total number of each compoundable Christmas Card Piece that characters on a single account had in bags, the bank, and in mail to the Item Mall Manage Items storage. This will give players a chance to compound as many as they can for about 6 days. This will occur sometime later today.
• We are going to remove the compoundable Christmas Card Pieces during maintenance on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.

Once I get all those Christmas Card pieces in, and as long as the server crash fix we put in yesterday is working and there is no server down today, then i will be to resume work on content such as job/skill balance and client bug fixes.
