here are my ideas for what skills to be added to Performer for a job 70 update. Feel free to post your ideas for different classes.

 

Note: This introduces group C songs.

 

Traveling Melody

A rousing melody that lets you forget your fatigue for a time and continue to do your best.

Requires a whip or instrument to cast.

 

All skill SP costs used by affected party members are reduced by 6% per level of [Gypsy's Kiss] or [Apple of Lutie] learned.  Effect is further increased by 2% per level of [Voice Lessons] learned.

Increase max SP of affected party members by 3% per level of [Gypsy's Kiss] or [Apple of Lutie] learned.  Effect is further increased by 1% per level of [Voice Lessons] learned.

This skill will not stack with [Gypsy's Kiss].

 

Prerequisite: Voice Lessons 3

Type: Active.

Song Category: Type C

Levels: 1

 

Jaunty Tune

A lively tune that makes you feel like just about anything could happen.

Requires a whip or instrument to cast.

 

The critical rate of affected party members are reduced by 2 per level of [Lady Luck] or [Magic Strings] learned.  Effect is further increased by 1 per level of [Voice Lessons] learned.

This skill will not stack with [Lady Luck].

 

Prerequisite: Voice Lessons 3

Type: Active.

Song Category: Type C

Levels: 1

 

Spirited Whistling

A tune so quick and catchy that everyone can't help but join in.

Requires a whip or instrument to cast.

 

Variable cast times of affected party members are reduced by 4% per level of [Lady Luck] or [Magic Strings] learned.  Effect is further increased by 2% per level of [Voice Lessons] learned.

After-cast times of affected party members are reduced by 7% per level of [Lady Luck] or [Magic Strings] learned.  Effect is further increased by 2% per level of [Voice Lessons] learned.

This skill will not stack with [Magic Strings].

 

Prerequisite: Voice Lessons 3

Type: Active.

Song Category: Type C

Levels: 1

 

Lyrical Stretch

You're able to sing for longer than normal without getting tired.

 

Level 1: +20% song durations

Level 2: +40% song durations

Level 3: +60% song durations

Level 4: +80% song durations

Level 5: +100% song durations

 

Prerequisite: Voice Lessons 5

Type: Passive.

Levels: 5

 

Resounding Spirit

Your spirit chimes with the world around you. When you beat your drums, they will hear it!

Increases the damage of sound-tree skills [Metallic Sound], [Reverberation], [Song of Destruction], and [Great Echo] depending on skill level.

 

Level 1: Skills will do 150% of usual damage

Level 2: Skills will do 175% of usual damage

Level 3: Skills will do 200% of usual damage

Level 4: Skills will do 225% of usual damage

Level 5: Skills will do 250% of usual damage

 

Prerequisite: Metallic Sound 5

Type: Passive

Levels: 5

Rune Knight

 

Neutral Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out normal breath at a targeted location that will inflict Neutral property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Wind Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out tornado breath at a targeted location that will inflict Wind property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Earth Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out breath that cause earthquake at a targeted location that will inflict Earth property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Holy Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out holy breath at a targeted location that will inflict Holy property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Shadow Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out shadow flame at a targeted location that will inflict Shadow property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Ghost Dragon Breath

Commands the Dragon to spurt out invisible breath at a targeted location that will inflict Ghost property damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect.

 

Prerequisite: Dragon Training 2

Type: Offensive Skill

Levels: 10, Selectable

uh, that's useless. i was hoping about holy/shadow dragon breath, so RK can actually kill shadow/holy monster.

Thunder Trap

When this trap activates, it deals wind elemental damage in 5x5 area, and causes stun status. Level increases the sucess chance of stun status. Consumes 1 special alloy trap.

 

Level 1: 20% Success Chance

Level 2: 40% Success Chance

Level 3: 60% Success Chance

Level 4: 80% Success Chance

Level 5: 100% Success Chance

 

Prerequisite: Detonator 1

Type: Active.

Levels: 5

 

Quake Trap

When this trap activates, it deals earth elemental damage in 5x5 area, and causes bleeding status. Level increases the sucess chance of bleeding status. Consumes 1 special alloy trap.

 

Level 1: 20% Success Chance

Level 2: 40% Success Chance

Level 3: 60% Success Chance

Level 4: 80% Success Chance

Level 5: 100% Success Chance

 

Prerequisite: Detonator 1

Type: Active.

Levels: 5

 

No Limit 2.0

Tap into the power of god of trapping to increase the explosive power of traps in 1 minute.

 

Level 1: 50% Trap Damage Increase

Level 2: 100% Trap Damage Increase

Level 3: 150% Trap Damage Increase

Level 4: 200% Trap Damage Increase

Level 5: 250% Trap Damage Increase

 

Prerequisite: Trap Research 5

Type: Active.

Levels: 5

Though try to keep it to 10-15 points worth of skills, since you only get 10 new points

Shadow Chaser:

 

Mimicry Research (req: Reproduce 10):

 

Max level: 10

 

Copy a trans or 3rd class offensive magic skill, skill level corresponds to skill level of remembered skill. SP cost of copied spell is 3x the original cost.

Higher levels of research allows more efficient uses of spells. Starting from level 5, copied spells effects will stack. SP Cost decreases by 10% per skill level.

 

Level 1: SP cost 3x

Level 5: Number of concurrent spells that deal damage: 2, SP Cost 2.5x

Level 7: Number of concurrent spells that deal damage: 3, SP Cost 2.3x

Level 10: Number of concurrent spells that deal damage: 4 SP Cost 2x

 

Advanced Shadow Spell (req Mimicry Research 5, Shadow Spell 5, Reproduce 10)

 

Max level: 10

 

Allows autocasting of up to level 5 of transcendent offensive magic skills, and up to level 3 3rd class offensive magic skills.

Higher levels allows two spells to be autocasted, but only 1st or 2nd class skills may be used. Shadow Spell and Advanced Shadow Spell cannot be used at the same time.

 

 

Level 1: 35% chance to cast, max level 1 skill used

Level 2: 30% chance to cast, max level 2 skill used

Level 3: 25% chance to cast, max level 3 skill used

Level 4: 20% chance to cast, max level 4 skill used (trans skills only,)

Level 5: 15% chance to cast, max level 5 skill used (trans skills only,)

Level 6: Allows two spells to be cast, 15% chance to cast, max level 2 skill used.

Level 7: Allows two spells to be cast, 15% chance to cast, max level 3 skill used.

Level 8: Allows two spells to be cast, 15% chance to cast, max level 4 skill used.

Level 9: Allows two spells to be cast, 15% chance to cast, max level 5 skill used.

Not really sure about what I am looking for in Royal Guard's new skill(s).

 

I only hope it wont be a supportive/defensive skill like King's Grace. I'd rather see it as an offensive skill, one that is actually effective in killing.

Well, rg is supposed to be a defensive support class. They could really benefit from a real tank skill, like a 21x21 aoe provoke of sorts.

I would LOVE a multi trap skill. So place a trap and with this it would place 3 ~ 6 of them. Would make using traps in a real time MVP environment more useful against those who can charge headfirst like genes.

Rune Knight
Crest of Valor
Adds 1% atk and 2 str for every level of Enchant Blade learned.Additional 10%atk if the Rune Knight has 90 base str.

Crest of Wisdom
Adds 1%matk and 2 int for every level of Rune Mastery learned.Additional 5%matk and reduces variable cast time by 10% if the Rune Knight has 90 base int.

Absolute Zero
An Ice elemental attack that causes the ground to explode with huge ice spikes(like jack frost animation maybe?) in a 7x7 area of effect and has a chance to inflict the freezing status.Deals 2x more damage if the weapon is endowed with water element.

Level 1-150%Atk/10%chance to inflict freezing
Level 2-300%Atk/20%chance to inflict freezing
Level 3-450%atk/30%chance to inflict freezing
Level 4-600%Atk/40%chance to inflict freezing
Level 5-750%Atk/50%chance to inflict freezing

Royal Guard

 

King's Wrath

The Royal Guard unleashes righteous fury to smite their foes.

Converts current wATK into MATK, and current wMATK into ATK.  Skill level determines the duration. Swapping weapons automatically cancels the skill.

 

Level 1: 30 Seconds

Level 2: 45 Seconds

Level 3: 90 Seconds

Level 4: 75 Seconds

Level 5: 90 Seconds


Instigate:

A loud taunt intended to rouse enemies, while strengthening one's own resolve.

 

Provokes to all enemies within range to attack the caster for (Skill Level * 3) seconds. This provoke will override Boss Protocol (but not MVP Protocol), but it will not affect their ATK or DEF. The number of instigated targets affected will boost the DEF of the caster. Skill level determines the AoE. Does not affect players.

 

Level 1: 3x3

Level 2: 5x5

Level 3: 7x7

Level 4: 9x9

Level 5: 11x11

 

Aura Strike

 

A strong attack that uses both ATK and MATK to damage a 3x3 area around a target. Every point learned in Aura Blade increases the damage of Bash by 40%. If used within 3 seconds after Bash or Holy Cross, Aura Blade deals (Luk)% additional damage.

 

Level 1: 100% Physical / 50% Magical

Level 2: 200% Physical / 100% Magical

Level 3: 300% Physical / 150% Magical

Level 4: 500% Physical / 200% Magical

Level 5: 500% Physical / 250% Magical

Arch Bishop

Stairway to Heaven: Use an ancilla to walk through heavens gate to another location.

 

Level 1: Move up to 7 cells, cast time 1 second (variable), cooldown 15 seconds.

Level 5: Move up to 12 cells, cast time 2 seconds (variable), cooldown 15 seconds.

Genetic

Fume Hood: Prevents single target buffs and debuffs on a cell such as dispel, bless, lex, sacrifice, and masquerades.  Only one may be up at a time, and it does not stack with safety wall or pneuma. Level determines the number of affects blocked.

 

Level 1: 1 buff/debuffs blocked, 30 second duration, 30 second cool down , 2 seconds fixed cast time

Level 5: 5 buff/debuffs blocked, 45 second duration, 45 second cool down, 1.5 second fixed cast time

Level 10: 10 buff/debuffs blocked, 60 second duration, 60 second cool down, 1 second fixed cast time

Level 1: 200% Physical Damage, 400% Magical Damage, 2% HP Cost

Level 3: Allows the casting of level 1 spirit buffs, 3 times

Level 5: 1250% Cast time time variable 5 seconds, fixed 1 second

 

Magic Penetration: Briefly increase your ability to bypass magic defense.

Level 1: 5% mdef bypass, 10 second duration, 20 second cool down

Level 10: 30% mdef bypass, 30 second duration, 60 second cool down

Mimic Monsters: The Chaser can copy monster skills, including offensive homuculi or sorc spirit skills, though at triple SP cost
