  Glad you gave us a warning Xmas Cards were being deleted (NOT) Even with a warning, the chance of logging in without  crash to Compound Xmas cards was LOW.... Ah well.... We all know this is Gravity we are talking about. Their Support team and Management has been abysmal...

 

  Why didn't we get an OFFICAL report on why the servers were crashing and what they were doing to fix it?

 Why no warning of Xmas Event end?

Why do I still play this game?

 

   Ah well... Guess its time for another 6 month break, as this game is BROKEN.

Since last posting regarding these issues, starting here, a major investigation has been taking place bringing in Team Members with expertise that can help, but without success yet, as is obvious. The statement I made then stands now, on compensation: it is a necessity but stability is a prerequisite to everyone being able to enjoy it.
 
Regarding the Christmas Event, it was run another week in the hopes of giving players a chance to participate if they had experienced server down time during the first week and missed out. The server was not consistently stable during the extra week. Now, as of today there are still concerns about some part of the Christmas Event being a causal factor in the stability issues (i.e. Xenoa Cards stacking battlefield reward bonuses).  So, the plan is: Christmas cards will be removed during the maintenance period today.

  

The removal of the Christmas Cards has always been done following the event.
(Of course the Cards Compounded into Boxes are not.)
 
It is 12-January after all.
 
However, I am going to talk to Alteris about this during maintenance and see if I can surprise everyone with something awesome. if you have excess cards that you have not had the right chance to compounded yet, there may yet be a happy ending.

  

I compounded your parts into up to 10 Boxes of each kind!
Check Manage Items area in the Item Mall for them.
 
Also, Santa just would not leave, so neither would Jane!!!

ROFL a few hours notice..... yeah... just what we grown to expect from the ineptness that is called Warpportal AKA Gravity...

 

  Also... Where was that even posted? Not in an OFFICAL release as a sticky... So damn sad.   Just move us to RUSSIA all-ready. Im sick of your Management of this  game. russia! Russia!! RUSSIA!!!

We had few weeks to compound the cards, so we not need to complain now because the cards was removed.

 Noob has no idea what he is talking about...  And let us not forget.. A few weeks of game crashing Tens of times a day... Yeah....  What a tool.

I componded all my cards last week, with all the crashes so am happy because this event ended.

  Let me ask you something Vmod.....Do you really think that is was Professional to post that in a normal thread and not a STICKY? IMO Totally UNprofessional how all this was done. Alteris.... We still havent forgot about the RAGE BUFFS... And your-"Oops-ieeee"...

  Should have posted LAST WEEK when Event and  Xmas Cards would be removed. (in the past they gave players 1 week to finish, with no card bonus"

 Should of kept the Community informed of the server problems. (they did not even acknowledge they was a problem ..(last Facebook post was Dec 26..) DEC 26.. ROFl Weeks ago.

  Where is the Compensation for Premium users, Mall items (pets,costumes, tool.s..) 

 Where the hell is the "im sorry" ......  

 

      Just move us to Russia all ready...

game is in perma zombie mode

 

but now its winter for them so - permafrost zombie mode.

with all due respect, but i could of sworn it was said that 1 weeks worth of compensation would be given when the server issue was resolved.... and judging by the looks, i dont think its resolved........

 

this is ridiculous.......

Zombies move slower in vinter thats why it takes some time for gms to respond and do anything

why u spend money in game that have  :

 

1 no pvp

 

2 no content

 

3 no support

 

4 broken mechanics

 

5 failed events that kills game

 

6 broken servers

 

7 no players

 

and many many more
