          Everyone has their own reason to continue playing this game at level 90, and the majority of the people only play this game to play battlegrounds. Requiem has a very unique battleground system in which up to 90 players can join. It is the main end-game content in this game and it needs revamped. It has been years since the battlegrounds were created and I think it needs changing to adapt to the game’s state.

 

Field of Content

- More variation of maps

- More points, 70 points for a win is way too low when the level 85 piece of armor is 3174 points

-1000 points for a win, 750 for a loss

- More Lant rewards ~ 1kk for a win at least

 

Ion Mine

- Nobody plays it, 40 minutes of flagging is very boring turn it into a 20 minutes

- Add mobs that attack you

-More points / lant

 

5v5

- Restrict to only using a special low hp battlefield gear (opposite of strongest armor) and 10 minute matches on the Amageddon Valley map

SvS

- Create "traitor" feature that lets the player switch teams once and grants them a "Traitor Buff"(Rage 5) and extra points after the game

- More points / lant, new rewards

 

Theme Battle

- Change to 20 minute matches

-New rewards

-Create a bag to hold Theme battle armor

-Delete Flamed Heart Map; this is the worst battlefield map in-game, you have to jump across a bridge to the main map, and if you fall off have to walk for 5 minutes to get back to the map. Also it is very hard to find enemy players on this map making it very boring. I suggest replacing it with Dragon's Lair.

Union

-Restict to levels 69+ it is very annoying getting 3 or 4 useless level 20s on your team

- More points / lant

 

Lag

-I'm sure everybody will agree with me when I say the main cause of lag are tempest AoE's, totems and possession beasts.

-These skills should all have their animations lowered;

They still have to finish Class balance, fix skills, fix server, decrease difference from f2p/p2w players, and much else...I think this can wait...anyway most of them are good suggestions.

Increase point cap would be a fast thing to add, and also add dailys to 5v5 and svs battles.
Especially svs needs new rewards!!!

Explicid! Clarification on especially one part, the traitor system. Are you saying to give the team Rage 5 or the player? I'm reading it as the player, but people usually switch because the current team is losing so drastically, so that makes no sense.

 

Also, they have enchantment extractors from SvS.

 

On the other suggestions, I pretty much like it. The current points are so low. The difference in battlefields when we had decent amounts from Xenoa cards was significant on player participation. It also helps to level mall items, no longer existing items. I'd add to the new reward list High Ranks too.

If your team is winning, any player on the winning team can choose to be a traitor, and individually gain rage 5 or 6 and gain the same amount of points as if they won the game, if they reach cap contribution.

 

The enchantment extractors only take out 1 successful enchant for 1k SvS points. They should lower the amount of points for this and add the failed enchant extractors.

It would be a nice idea.... but do you really think those "devs" can do it? They aren't able to keep the server running and do you ask for so many changes???

mobs should also give contri cause most of the time when u join tb there is nobody there and u cant max even if u want to

Having such nice rewards and with better points and prices would make the game so much better haha. Players could always be working on their supplies for their gear, have equal opportunities, and would cause a better reason for players to go to battles and play together. I really like it! If they implemented this and something to even out the reinforcement system, it'd be really great. Make the gear more level and not useless at +0 waiting for forge and enchants level because available to all.

Of course, then comes the issue of people paying like 10 bucks per heart, and all that just wasted. Would lower the price of selling certain even enchants, but giving equal opportunity in a game is important for motivation and etc. For those like you who had your heart quests forced completed when you didn't do them, it would definitely seem more fair lol.

Thanks and yeah couldn't think of anything unique for Ion Mine, I mean Theme battle is capping flags, and FOC and 5v5 are deathmatches. Union is a combo of both, It would be cool if they could create a classic capture the flag where 1 person holds 1 flag and runs it to the base or something completely new like a single life elimination type. I just figured adding mobs would be an easy fix to make it like FoC but with mobs all over you while you try to capture flags haha

One flag in your base and in your enemy's base. You can talk amoungst your team about what role you want to have for example: AoE players defend base, commanders and sins go take the enemy flag. When a player dies with a flag the flag sits on the ground for 30 secs and can be returned to your base if you pick it up. Or an enemy can come along and snatch it again. If nobody takes it within 30 secs it respawns back at the base.

3 or 5 flag captures = win or when time runs out and whoever is winning wins.

In FoC when you win you get around 70 pts and 10k lant or something and very low amount of exp. Basically same thing but boost those rates up to more realistic numbers like 1 k points and 1kk lant for a win. The better the rewards, the more people will play and more competitive it gets = more fun

With the period of time between announcing and showing fixes and then server crashes and event clean up, I feel like they should be working on patches 174.2 and 175 first and get those out of the way before looking at more ideas. Vmod will probably present it later. Or it would most likely wait to be seriously considered until after these two patches even if presented.

I'd just like rewards and maybe duration sorted.

Frost compressions = 1000 themed points, often fail or give way below 50 if they succeed.
Maximus compression = 1000 themed, only give 1-100, 60% fail and easily farmable. Useless item.

Red compressions or packs of your choice such as scad/crit/hp/mp would be nice but only if the success rate improved.
High ranks would be nice but their cost would have to be higher.

20 minute duration would be nice. I would also like to see a feature where you are stuck in the team you enter with. If you dc you return to the team u dc from. No switching teams just because they seem to be stronger.

Contribution from monsters could be fun if they are already there, such as centipede queen.

A map where you can spawn mini bosses to protect your flag would be cool or maybe a 2 team 2 boss map where you compete to kill the boss faster than your opponent. Optional pvp to slow the opposing side down or a straight forward team v boss.

Lastly if time reduced to 10 or 20 minutes, I hope there would be ways of stopping dual logs, hackers and afks joining. Less time, more reward but less cheats (hopefully).
