[Issue] Login Errors / Lags / Crashes / Delay (since 1/13)

Hello Dragon Saga Friends!

 

As surely many of you have noticed, playing today

is very problematic.

 

This problems are probably caused by our ISP

and together with their specialists it will be looked into!

 

 

The problems you could encounter are:

 

- Problems logging in to the game

- Random unusual crashes

- Strange error messages like "Server not responding"

or "abnormal client status" with a cryptic number

- heavy lags

- micro lags

- monsters and players which "jump" around

- monsters which appear or disappear suddenly

- monsters which aren't there where they should be

- attacks not hitting or very delayed

- monsters standing around doing nothing

 

 

All this is caused by a loss of transferred data

The problem occurs on every channel

 

 

The IT specialists of WarpPortal and our ISP

are working hard to find a solution

 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes

Any updates on this issue yet?

Just logged in and the lag/delay is still ongoing for me.

Sadly no update on this subject. I will surely keep you updated if I get any new infos on this.

Some sort of update

 

Sadly the issue is still existing

 

It seems that the problem is caused by

network issues and not by any issue on

WarpPortal's side The network provider

has been notified about this and asked to investigate it

 

As soon as we get new informations

I will let you know immediately

 

Also the today's server maintenance (1/14)

is not affected by the problems and will

be done as planned

Hi i have play dragon saga a few year ago ... i create a new account yesterday at warpportal thn i fill in the correct ID and password at my dragon saga patch but why it say "please check your ID" .... Someone please help me ..... I like to play this game

Hmm, okay.......... I will try to help you  :p_smile:

 

Have you logged into your Warpportal account and created a Dragon Saga account?

 

You can't login with your Warpportal account only, you  need to set up a DragonSaga account in your Warpportal Account.

When you have done this, you can log in with the created DragonSaga account in the game.

 

If you have already created a DragonSaga account in your Warpportal account and you still can't log in. Do you have any non English symbols/letters/whatever in your password?

If that is the case, you have to login to your Warpportal account and change the password of your DragonSaga account in there to something that only has English language letters and or numbers. 

 

If you have only English letters/symbols and numbers in your DragonSaga password already, but come from a different Country (non English speaking) you should check your keyboard setup. Some languages have different keyboard setups and so entering a DragonSaga password never works, cause the key on the keyboard they are pressing is not the number/letter whatsoever the DragonSaga client notices. Switching your keyboard to English language should help in that situation.

you could have tyed the username wrong , it usually gives me that response if i typed a letter or a number wrong by mistake.

also check your caps lock/ capital letters and such. the username letters are case sensitive. so if you made an account , lets say starting with a capital letter it will matter on the log in screen in-game too.

Please submit a ticket to the support team to request assistance.
