I'm not exactly sure if this will work, but you could try consuming one of the GX poisons that inflict small amounts of damage to you continuously... It might be considered as hits on yourself...

Perhaps toxin? Dunno @_@

If you're fighting an MVP, Allie the MVP mobs to hit you... This'd have a good chance it's activating it.

poisoned u are not hit, u just get ur hp deplenished. If u want to activate the effect by your own, try spamming aloe veras on urself, getting provoqued counts as getting hit

Leech End's ticks are both considered Taking damage, and Dealing damage. It's as if you were attacking yourself, so anything that procs on both taking and dealing physical damage will still proc.

Just be careful, as you can hit yourself with your own proc'ed abilities that way, at least in a pvp scenario. My Royal Guard used to hit itself with the Gloria Domini procs while leech ended, while using a Glorious Spear in pvp.

Only leech end damages yourself like that? Or are there other poisons that do it? Leech end hurts after all.

I thought toxin might possibly work but I haven't tried >_>;
