hi, can someone help me out how to do said topic title. i registered an email ages ago to create my sister's account but i mistakenly wrote a wrong email address. and now i cant verify the email. i tried logging in to the ticket system but also, that is not working if i use her account. i can use this account but i have sent 2 tickets this month with completely unrelated topics and still have yet to receive a response so im not sure if it will help. pls help?

I think you're missing your ticket responses, I didn't think tickets are running that slow right now

You'll need to send in a ticket to get an email changed, but what I don't get is how it could matter if the email is wrong, since you couldn't verify, and hence couldn't ever do anything with the account. Why not just make a new one with the right email, since the account has nothing invested in it, since it was never verified?

i see what you're saying azzy. however, i have her high level AB on whom i put a bit of investment on using that account. would that not affect if say, i would like to change anything about that game account? or make the character a VIP?

Oooh, I thought you meant the account creation email, (since you can't log in of you haven't replied to it), now I'm confused as to which email verification you missed, since I thought you couldn't play at all without verification

Beats me. I can play that game account even without email verification. Thats why it was too late to notice that i put in a wrong email address. So I registered an account for WP, made a game account under it and been playing for months. Months! I tell you. The email verification is for purchasing stuff i think since thats what i was suppose to do today. Make her AB account VIP. i cant get through because i need the email verified. Which i cant coz i put in a wrong one. The dilemma! I appreciate your help azzy. Pls dont go just yet.
