1% would actually be decent, but I doubt that, the wiki database says 0.1% but who can trust the wiki? it even says earthquake lvl10 but divine pride said it casts lv2..

All item descriptions on divine pride come directly from the client, so the real question is: can you trust the in-game descriptions?

I own an Ifrit card and tested. I heard jRO's Ifrit card proc rate is 0.1%.

The proc rate is definitely higher than 0.1% in iRO.

Don't they have kRO and jRO's item description as well? I would certainly believe their version of item description more than the translated one.
