Im sure the rate was pretty upper than the nowadays rate.

Seems like the GMs lower the proc rate on +9 Vanargand Helm (likely rideword hat) am I right? or im just unlucky killing the mob?

As far as I noticed, it hasn't changed any.

about 8% for HP and 2-3% for SP, i dont think it is changed. my trapper still using zero pot and zero strawberry while leveling in luina using hawkeye temp boots.

i thought vana have like 4% proc on HP ? is it 8% ?

hmm weird, I played with ranger and +9 vana on bio2, even with a arc angeling, and runs out of SP faster and didnt recover any

i remember reading somewhere the gms saying proc rate is related to upgrade level

3% chance to absorb 4% as SP
