It depends on the nature of your request. Temporary ban investigation took me two days, item recovery took about a week, while bot/ill-mannered reports tend to be same day.

Oh yeah, last week's maintenance took two hours (I think) longer than scheduled to handle recovery for deleted accounts. Hopefully it'll reach their active queue by tomorrow's maintenance so that you'll get it back tomorrow. Otherwise, next week would be a safe bet. For future reference, please keep in mind that recovery can be limited to one per type (e.g., equipment is one type, Homunculus is another type) per account.

Is there a way to cancel ticket then? I don't want to recover Homun if there is a limit. I will just loyal my Vanil again instead of Amistr.

Well, if you lost the Homunculus to a game bug and not an error on your part, the recovery should not count against your "limit." If, however, you lost the Homunculus because it starved for too long, they might tell you that recovery can be limited to one type per account, and they might ask if you want to go through with the recovery. You could wait for their response to see if they offer up that condition.

 

If you want to cancel the ticket before they respond, you can close the ticket by checking its status at support.warpportal.com.
