It seems the final part of the job change isn't spawning the right monster. Also does it suppose to allow more then one person in at a time to kill the special target monster? The other person and myself was looking for the right monster for nearly an hour and neither of us found it. The other person gave up and I just left my ninja afk outside the room.

I had the same problem yesterday. I'd been in the final testing room for more than an hour.

Seem likes like maintenance has fixed the right monster not spawning.
