If you don't have a WP support account, you can't. Just don't respond to the ticket and let it close after a few days.

Make sure you're logged in to your account for WarpPortal Support. It's separate from your WarpPortal account. If you don't have one, create one. If you submitted a ticket without having an account, just create a support account using the same E-mail address you included in the ticket.
View Tickets -> select the ticket in question -> click on the "Close Ticket" button at the top. You can leave a comment saying why you closed the ticket, too.
