I tested many times, just incase the bonus is hidden but I'm afraid it doesn't increase my MATK 
Is there a requirement to get the bonus MATK? iRO Wiki says it's suppose to increase MATK by 125 @ Level 5 "however observed damage is not consistent with this".
16th Night doesn't increase MATK?

Sounds like the wiki is right then, and this skill doesn't give the matk boost? IIRC this skill never gave the matk.

The increase is, at the very least, hidden.
