Title says everything... Tried lots of kings , ghosts and barely all kind of monsters but never found one.

 

I've seen people at junon selling lots of Chest ( V ). Where did they drop it ? Or get it ?

Chest V is dungeon reward, I is from candle ghosts and electric ghosts (there might be some chest II's here too, I don't visit luna enough to confirm), II is yigore and shadow ghosts, III-IV-V can be dropped by bosses but they're rare. You'll mostly see III-IV if you do get one.

The ones from ghosts, only come from the ghosts which spawn from Ghost Seeds. They used to be a very common drop, but now they are quite rare.
