Anyone know where the Taekwon Boy NPC that the cute Taekwon Girl told you to find?
I've been searching all over Payon, but I can't find him.
He's supposed to be at north of payon, after the pub, before archer village.
Did she mean Phoenix the old npc? But that guy sure don't have Taekwon sprite. The taekwon girl said the npc look like her.
Just don't like to have bugged quest in my quest window, lol >_<

Last time I make TK I talk to that monk-lookalike boy named Phoenix. That Arang girl must be terrible at remembering people's face coz she kicked me out when I said I liked her.
Phoenix is located just before the refining shop near the trees IIRC.
