Pegasus ear wing don`t work at 150+?

 

I tryed it some times but it doesn`t changed my ASPD.

It is very possible for a +3% aspd effect to not produce a change in the aspd number.

hmmm ok i was thinking it was going to give 6%

I don't actually know whether it should give 3 or 6 - I don't have one. 6% would be guaranteed to increase the aspd number add long as you have under 180 aspd (before any % mods), while for 3%, unless aspd was under 160, you might not see an increase in aspd.

Of course, it's also possible that the item is bugged, and 151+ isn't getting the bonus for 150.

Need to compare the aspd gained on a150 with that of a 151+
