Anyone having issues with Power-Up? I am getting an error message "PAYMENT ERROR"  when I was trying to log on and add WP points.

Related to some sort of restriction on your account, I believe : I had the same problem. Wait a day or so, then send a ticket to the support if you still encounter this problem.

Aren't you guys using PayPal services anymore? it is not working when i was purchasing points.

Tried myself and worked for me without any problems.

I've had longstanding problems with PayPal and WP. Now I use Skrill and it works fine, so maybe you can try that as an alternative if you continue to have problems with PayPal.

after i click the desired amount i wanted to purchase and putting in my login/pw on paypal windows, it goes back to WP's "select your payment method" without any points. I have been using paypal for years on this game and this has never happened before.

I cleared my history in google chrome and it does the same thing. I used internet explorer (out of desperation) and remains no luck. I checked my paypal and i have no restrictions on any purchase i desire.

This sounds like a problem on paypal's side, because you are redirected to the paypal website where you can login to your paypal account after clicking on "Place Order"

I would suggest to contact the paypal support and ask what the problem could be.

 

Hm... do you press the enter key after entering your password?

 

If yes, try this way:

Enter your paypal e-mail adress and your password and don't press enter afterwards.

Instead click on the log-in button below the password field.

(it's only a try)

i did this too and i went as far as the "pay now" button. it immediately goes back to wp site "select your payment method" with 0 points. ill contact paypal as soon as i can a change. ty popcorn
