Why don't you post it on the Bounty Board feedback thread?
Also, you can try posting in the Tiki Tuesday thread for Jan 27 so Oda and Campitor can address it.

The GM's don't have a way of implementing that unless/until kRO adds a way for an NPC script to award exp to a homun. The only way that a homun can gain exp at present is by killing a monster.
