Oda, my profile has the newsletter activated since I joined. Yet I haven't received the one about the VIP thing, that's why I was so confused (last one I got was from the October event)

Adding WarpPortal to your white list will prevent that from happening in the future.

thats odd I have bought VIP in the last year, yet I didn't get the 3 day VIP o-o?

 

Is this common or am I just really unlucky?

 

Edit: Nvm originally it didn't show the VIP bonus bar, but now it is. Not sure why it was delayed, but it's fine now XD

My wife and I got it on our main (VIP'd) RO accounts, but none on any of our alt accounts. It's ironic though, that I never log in on the weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), so it's kind of like I never got it. lol

I have 3 accounts that are almost always VIP, I got the free 3 days on exactly 0 of them. Also no newsletter, though I had been subscribed to it and already checked my spam folder.

same here. i have 2 accounts always VIPed, no 3-day gift. my 3rd account i recently made a kp purchase, also no 3-day VIP

It's pretty clear that somewhere along the line the export of the elligible players list didn't go right.

i just found out now that my VIP that I got yesterday is gone. Isn't it supposed to be 72 hours (3days), friday 12:30pm to monday 12:30pm?

 

Anyone else with this issue? Had it now it's gone? o-o

Even my main account didn't got it... I make purchases monthly and it has been VIP for months. I got the mail, thank you for making me excited for nothing. I hoped I could use the free VIP on my alts, eh.

None got VIP or extended VIP.

I was more interested in it to create more characters so... yeah. Obviously someone messed up.

Warpportal-->Account information shows when an account was made in case anyone is interested.

I got ViP on my other account that I not use like 1 year (cause it were hacked once). But not getting on my other 3 account that i always online.

 

btw, all my account bought 30 days VIP at least once. So I wonder what went wrong..... 

 

P/S: actually i need the VIP to rebirth all my char for free since last time Jane event hehe...but nvm then xD

Think we've found the issue that resulted in people not getting the VIP this weekend. We're going to make do another VIP time add this Friday 12:30pm for accounts that have registered and/or paid for an item ingame within the last two years will get 3 days of bonus vip.
