I am tired of seeing my name as numbers , tell me please!.. how do I alter it?

log in to your warpportal account, there is a feature to change your forum name. i kinda forgot, but i think it is there

You can also PM Oda or Campitor on the forums for the request.

send ticket. they will just confirm some info. and you must give 5 different names. and then they will choose.
i changed my name in my 1st account w/c is registered via steam.

it may take some time.

I wanted to drop the numbers in my username shortly after I joined, so I sent a ticket in. If I remember correctly, they said they couldn't do anything. (Maybe I sent the ticket to the wrong department? If so, they didn't forward it.) I sent two PMs to Oda, both remain unread after months. (I'm not really bothered by it, and I'm sure Oda's busy with other stuff, so I didn't press the issue.)

 

And after reading this post, I logged into my WP account, but the only options I saw was to edit my password, name, address, and whether or not to receive the newsletter. If you could explain where the option to change your username is, I'd appreciate it.

pretty sure they'll only let you change your forum name if you registered on steam and have a string of numbers like the OP

You can change your name if you're being harassed by someone.

When I send a ticket abouth it, they told me "we can't change your forum name unless it's a "serial number" from steam"

My ticket was sent back in late 2013 from before RO was added to Steam. I had/have a very legit reason for wanting a name change as well. (I had to actually find the email for it since it mysteriously disappeared from my ticket list along with other tickets.)

 

"We appreciate you taking time to make this request. Unfortunately, we do not process this type of request as of the moment. Due to this reason, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot grant your request.

I see you are still unable to change your name into something more comprehensible. I was once in your place, send a ticket 2 times, got denied on both because I didn't respond in 24 hours yadayada, got frustrated, make another account and boom I get to choose what name I want to use instead of 19-digits random numbers.

Anyway I wish you good luck with it. Gambatte kudasai~
