Ice Spirits? Nope, those are old. Though, I can't remember specifically where they come from.

If i remember correctly, you had to give some NPC[eliot?] in luna Ice Chou Chou's for items during the winter event.
Items you can get:
snowboarder clothes
snowboard
and i think firecracker penguins and ice spirit capsules.

Ah that makes sense. It just I have never seen this ice spirit before. This one is not a summon I guess because I can't click it.
Another question please, is the quest to collect Ice Chou Chou still available? (I got the Snowboard set last week already but I wanna try thesr summons)
