Hi, I am having this AI.lua error ever since one of my character clicked on the NPC "Clearchus" at Eden group and i selected the "Lancer" option. I can log in my other character instead, of the one which kept having the error. Any solution for me? Thank you!

Please post the text (or a screenshot) of the error message that you receive BEFORE getting the unable to call nil value.

Unable to call nil value is a generic error, the one that caused it is the one that shows first

You need to share that image, or the url got munged.

Earlier on, i tried to attached the image but it forbids me, I have just tried to attached the image but it kept prompting for the URL. I have no other way except to go my gmail and attach to my drive, i logged out and i try the URL and it works. Hopefully for your side, you are able to get it this time. You somehow ended up with the pre-9/4/2013 version of the default AI. This seems to happen a lot. That doesn't work since 9/14/2013, because they updated the lua interpreter to 5.1, and that changes how require works. 

 

Download and install either:

You did not follow the instructions correctly. 

 

You deleted the AI folder, but you did not replace it with the AI folder from the AzzyAI + Default AI download. After deleting the AI folder, you need to put the AI folder from the download right in the same place (you must put the AI folder right into the RO folder - it cannot be in some other folder inside the RO folder - the game won't know to look there).

When was the last time you have updated or installed the game client?

Does the error come up on every character on that account?

today i download the new setup and install the game..
