i don't know much, does voice lessons really need to be maxed at 10?
i heard some maestros stop voice lessons at 5 but...

Level 5 lets you cast 3rd job skills while performing second job songs/dances.

 

However, voice lessons also affects the potency of song/chorus skills.

• Siren's Voice derives some of its success rate from voice lesson's level: 2%/level.
• Windmill Rush Attack and Swing Dance are based off it (1%/level).
• Metallic Sound relies heavily on it
• Deep Sleep success level is increased 2%/level as well
• Lover's Symphony and Moonlit Serenade rely on it for the effect

Also the SP and SP regen for lvl 10 are nicer.

 

I can't imagine leaving it at 5 on a wanderer. Maybe on a Maestro, but certainly not a wanderer.

Jaye, one friend point me on some things on wiki page. "Party Support (PVM/WoE) Build" have 94 INT on 150 and 93 (less) on 175. and really, what the reason to make 122 VIT, maybe better to increase another state?

 

BTW, you place Brynhild (2383 code) link and image on Diabolus manteau (2537 code) in "Garment Suggestions" table

You need direct access to mysql
Normally you can't do it.
A few database volunteers over at irowiki.org have development acccess. I do.

If you know a lot about Maestro, you can update it. It's a wiki.

I'm still confused on my gears and build because I'm new to being a Maestro, so an updated wiki page will be a huge help.

 

That comprehensive Builds section on the Wanderer page is greatly done. Is that also applicable for Maestros to some extent?

Pretty much the same Imo. I don't play maestro though. The stat spread for fs should be the same. Instead of int being for gypsy kiss, its for magic strings.

Maestro is pretty much the same, unless you have some really specific questions.

One specific thing is a lot of people try to go for 150 total INT strings to get 0% cast delay. So you can build around that based on your gears, stat bonuses, and expected buffs (clementia gives 14~16 INT).

So, you are saying is to go for the Sound Damage Build because having high INT will also benefit my Magic Strings?

except for the AGI, I have reached the minimum req for VIT-DEX-INT.

There is nothing overtly wrong with that build.

That's just the only build in the Maestro page. And it doesn't talk about Metallic Sound except this:

You can reference the Wanderer build for that. Pretty much everything is exactly the same for the two classes regarding that skill. I mean, the skill is exactly the same, but there are just some other factors that affect it like Wanderer having Moonlight Serenade (increases MATK) and Maestros don't.

It's also not a terribly good skill in general... I wouldn't recommend making a build centered around that skill. I've heard of it being used sometimes in PVP along with deep sleep status, but that becomes really, really specific and also more of an endgame thing. If you have any specific questions rather than just asking for general wiki updates, feel free to ask here.

For your maestro build, see my comment above regarding 150 INT for magic strings.

Whoa........I can't imagine leaving it at 5 on a maestro too. The plus side of having it at 10 is just too much to pass up, you have to be absolutely braindead to think of even having that skill less than 10.

Awesome guide! Also a good shield card: Zealotus for that +10% AV & Slinging Arrow damage.

I would never use a zealotus card. If you want to put that on there, I won't remove it, but I won't put my name on that update lol.

No one can one-shot anything much anyway even if you got zea's card, better aim for surviving rather than having more damage, cuz, it ain't worth it and ain't that much.

Actually you can 1 shot stuff until 99 and don't need a shield so that'd be the perfect time to use zealotus, but overkill+10% is still overkill so its pointless.

At higher levels you need multiple av or you get mobbed and have to tank for 3 seconds betweeneach av, so you need a proper shield.

There just is no niche for zealotus card.
