I messed up my H. Thief, I was planning on making a a DD crit GX, for some reason I just blatantly went for lvl 10 Double Attack, Now I have a lvl 44/42 H. Thief, I am fairly new, what are my options ?

as long as you go no higher than 42 job as a high thief and change to GX right away, you can still reset your skills and get rid of double attack.

could you elaborate? Should I change to SinX now? Is there a way for me to change my skills without using neaurlizer?

u can change your skills as many times as you want if ur are lvl 99 or below, and yes, change at max job 42, otherwise u wont have choice but to spare point on double attack, wich u must not have to be a DD crit

How can I reset my skills?

^in the middle of ilzude there is a npc that reset skills if you are under level 100 for free.
I think her name was hypnotist or mesmerist.
You have to have zero weight when you use her.

Wow.. I have a ranger 101, Mech 101, paladin and now soon a sinx, how could I have I not known about this? Does a list exist some where all the server features are listed?

I also recently read something about turning in invaluable cards reward you with OCA? Don't remember where though..

There is no trash card to oca exchanger npc

Hypnotist NPC is located at 146,232 in Prontera (slightly northeast of the Tool Dealer shop and the bounty boards).

Well, in all those years before it was never a problem. DD crit is not something that was really planned by the devs I'm sure.

yeah I went sinx at level 42 as well, but have maxed double attack for now to use rolling cutter with advanced katar mastery -- I figure that if I ever scrape the cash together for the gear then I can buy a neuralizer and reset my skills after I level it with katars/DA-DD. 
 

That NPC in izlue (and pront) gives unlimited resets by the way, as long as you're base level 100 or low -- it's great for how so many 3rd classes basically nullify 2nd class skills and so frees up skill points.
