I'm in doubt, it is best to put Temporal Boots enchanted or slotted?

Slotted +9 Superior temporal DEX BOOTS.  Nothing is better than those for dragon breath damage.

 

And thank you for getting 120 dex to use temp dex boots because I'm getting tired of seeing RK's without 120 dex

wouldn't non-slot with 5EA or better enchants work better?

Not with the 175 update.  the HP/SP boost gives like 500-1000 more damage per dragon breath than the BiS GH enchants.  Plus you gain surivivability with your already insane HP and SP.

 

The BiS enchanted boots are really expensive, too.  Just get the superior.

+9 Temporal Dex [Firelock] better than Temporal Dex EA4 as in more surivivability (in WoE).

The Temporal Dex EA4 is only good for PVM.

Let's say these are your stats:

50k current HP

2k max SP

base level 150

65% ranged modifier (4x AS-carded weapon, FAW EA10, and 120 DEX w/ Temp Dex Boots)

DB lvl 10

Dragon Training lvl 5

 

Vs. Neutral (and target has no demi-human reductions), your damage would be 29,700.

 

Now let's add Firelock Soldier Card for +10% HP and +10% SP.

Vs. Neutral, damage = 32,670

 

Let's replace Firelock Soldier Card w/ EA4, so that the ranged modifier is 73% instead of 65%. HP back down to 50k, SP back down to 2k.

Vs. Neutral, damage = 31,140

Yes, you can have either enchants or card slot, not both.
