He didn't even have bad luck. Getting a KBC in 60m would be like getting an item from +0 to +10 with regular ore.

Unless they have programmed some sort of failsafe that would reduce the number of times KBC's appear on the raffle after reaching certain threshold, I doubt it.

 

Otherwise is our venerable deity RNGesus cycling through the possible prize pools.

 

Not to mention that there are maybe tons of alts participating along with the mains, speeding the process of nailing the card.

I wonder, if I recall correctly kRO wanted KBC's to be rare because they judged them to OP right? (I think I read it here somewhere)

 

But over the years, kRO has released powerful stuff to the point where we had to ask for the no implementation of certain gears like MVP sealed cards or those Shadow sets with MvP-like effects.

 

Compared to those, KBC cards seem pretty harmless now.
