Its been approximately 18 hours since I've made my payment and I have yet to receive my wp energy. I've send a ticket which normally took ages to get a reply. please investigate ticket 398-1C5D139A-04E2 IMMDIATELY as I need to use it like rite now.

If this is the first time you've made a payment with a credit card, the first payment will go through verification and won't be processed. If you repeat the purchase again, the payment will go through on the second try.
