I know we've had our ups and a lot of downs, but I do have to give a thanks out to Req's support team. Noel (Who I normally talk to first) responds very timely and even if the results are not in my favor they always get back to me as soon as possible. This is a 100000% improvement from the old days. I'm sure everyone's experience is not the same with sending tickets but I definitely have to show some appreciation.
I no longer feel like submitting concerns only leads to this...
