does anyone know how to solve this problem?, everytime I go to OSI and step to the portal it doesnt continue to load.

I'm not sure what you mean by "doesn't continue to load"

 

1) Does the loading screen not appear, and keeps you in Morroc?

2) Does the game crash during the loading screen?

3) Does the loading screen appear, but then gets stuck there?

4) Or maybe something else?

 

Hard to help when I don't understand the problem
