Since the devs don't have a idea what they are doing with the game i come with a idea
that i know it will not be the panacea for the game but it will make it more balanced
so here i go.
and before someone start to dislike this, just think that on this way would improve more
the balance in game than just in one kind of race.

You can't longer select traps or totems by clicking TAB.

Land items or attacks like totems, traps, or summons will not longer display lvl of the
current lvl

First of all they need to fix evasion and accuracy so my idea is.

Every instant cast skill that make damage to single targets will be always at 80% of success

Each 1000 evasion increase the chance of avoid a skill of a target for 3% with
the same lvl or lower, and lower the damage of AA for 7%

Each 1000 accuracy increace the chance of hit succesful a skill in a target for 3%
with the same lvl or lower, and the damage of AA will hit like it should with a 7%
more chance.

Working on this will balance a bit the game for the next phase where...


THE RACES.

Since there is only one way to make this game balanced, we should make the casters
and melee chars kinda similar between them but with their respective differences.
so the main idea starting with the casters would be that everyone could do something
on their own like tempest for example or just remove their damage of their double
effect skills like they did with defiler.

In the first case if that is the option

IDEA 1
Forsaker
Loa Curse will be a totem again and will target from 4 to 8 targets doing a dmg. Lvl 1-10
similar than fire totem.
Plague Charm Decrease Short/Long Range Physical Attack from 4 to 8 targets.

Mystic
Protection totem will be instant cast.
Healing totem will be instant cast.
Summon healing Fairy will be instant cast.

Defiler
Trap of Stiffness will do damage similar than deadly fog.


Dominators
Maybe also illusion would be a pet?
Pets will be abled to be healed for other players

Enon
Will do DoT DMG also
Nastech
Will buff your other pets with defense and attack (including this pet also)

New Skill: Disguise
Pets will adopt the form of their master for certain time confusing the targets because
they can see one real dominator on each pet (work in pvp also)
lvl 1-10 (lvl 1 start with transforming only 1 pet for 3 mins and lvl 10 transform
all pets for 15 mins)

New Skill: Heart Contract
choose a pet (and label them with a number 1-5)that will take the damage direct to you
and will absorb it, when the first pet is dead the damage will be directed to the next pet
till you got no pets or the skill duration is over-
lvl 1-10 (lvl 1 start with only one pet and the duration is for 10 seconds, at lvl 10
the skill longs for 1 minute and you can select all your 4 pets)

Tempest
No new content
Radiant
Maybe aoe hush(1-6 targets )(!)
Druid
New Skill
Force of Earth
Increase your physical attack for 25 till 90 (with DNA plus) from lvl 1-10

Elementalist
Fairy Judge
will hit from 1 to 8 targetswith higher lvls.

Berzerker
No new content

Warlord
Feast of blood attack from 4 to 8 targets.
Full Swing Slash attack from 4 to 8 targets.
Land Tremor attack from 4 to 8 targets. and increase damage range from 1-10 meters.

Assassin
Maybe...
New Skill: Assassin impact.
Can only work on stealth and will deal 500-900 dmg ignoring defense when stun for 2 seconds.
lvl 1-10 (50%-95% of chance) (it will be affected for player phsyquical attack and STR) range 1-20 meters
Shadow Runner
No new content

Defender
Rush will be on first job

Protector
Taunt Cry range 10-20 meters (from lvl 1 to lvl 10)
PvP effect: Will force the targets on range to attack the user of this skill for 5 seconds.

New skill: Saint Blood. The damage that reach the user of this skill will become to 0. lvl 1-10
(duration from 3 to 20 seconds)

Commander
No new content

Ranger
Lets see the reality, rangers are the best killers in game, everytime i see the score on battlefields
they are always on first places so they need to get a fix.
Distance fix.
the only thing that will change here will be the damage made from the distance.
1-30 meters 100% of maximum damage
30-35 meters 90% of maximum damage
35-40 meters 70% of maximum damage
40-45 meters 50% of maximum damage
45-50 meters 30% of maximum damage



Avenger
Would be a joke if i say that is good like is right now so the changes here are.
All traps.
1. Traps will be affected for short range defense
or
2. Traps will be like it was before.
Paralysis trap
seriously the range effect is a joke but we can do something about it.
1. make them single target again
or
2. paralysis trap will no longer do damage

Eliminating Trap/totem
is really working at 30 meters? it should.

IDEA 2

The idea about the acc and eva for skills sounds ok, but the problem with the AA is that some physical dmg classes have more acc than other classes eva: for example, a ranger can get more acc than a mage eva (except for soul hunters). Maybe if was 7% reduction with the eva but only 3% rise with the acc.

Unless it was done like you said and ranged classes (not only ranger) had some dmg penalty for their range extended dmg: but i think that an acc penalty could be better, and solve the problem i mention above.
