This question popped in my head after watching Havenns new solo Beez video. After procing RM and getting instacast via stats, does the game still take in account for phen or orleans increase cast? I know once you have instacast you dont need those two. But since you dont have it to begin with, you need one of them to start with. So once RM procs and (2DEX + INT = 530) with stats after 200 INT will the orleans still affect it or does it nullify it entirely?
Odd instacast question.

reduction by stat and reduction by gears stack multiplicatively, if you've achieved instacast by stat, orleans or phen wont affect it at all, since multiplication by 0 always result in 0.

OK, thanks. I guess the same doesnt apply for Spell enchant reduction tho since its an increase and decrease? Or since its multiplicitive as well the same applies?

Variable cast modifications by gear will stack additively with other variable cast modifications by gear. In other words, a variable cast increase (from Phen card) will stack additively with variable cast reductions from gear.
Variable cast modifications from gear (this includes reductions or increases) will stack multiplicatively with variable cast modifications from stats. In the case of having instacast through stats, 10% reduction from gear multiplied by 0 is still zero, same as 20% increase multiplied by 0 is still zero.
