Just a question..

 

Does Focus Beret bonus when using Dragon Combo in FC still triggers Fallen Empire? or Is Fallen Empire instant cast (10%?) with Focus Beret working?

 

and

 

Does it pay out if you upgrade to +9 the Focus Beret to get +30% bonus of fallen empire (in flash combo)?

 

But of course for demi-human monster I will use CEB for headgear but for other race I can't think of any better headgear (I don't intend to use hp/sp steal headgear but I want extra damage, turkey on head is another option but I don't want it XD)

even w/o testing i dont think its worth, since most of the dmg comes from TC, and not fallen empire

if you considered to +9 the worthless focus beret; should consider a getting +9 turkey then;

+9%mHP/mSP, STR+2 is more than good enough compared to any substandard gear that gives a few bonus to some stats or w/e;

the only other thing i could think of is a +9 EMH (and this is still clearly inferior to turkey);

ideally high upgrade turkey + bungisngis card (coming soon) would be best for FC/TC;

in terms of gear stats, its HP/VIT and ATK/STR that matter the most for TC;
