how to reset 1 uniq skill only? did uniq reset from IM can do it?
also can we switch job? i mean from scout to raider, maybe there is a secreat quest about this that i dont know XD

You can reset your UNIQUE skill. Even buying the book from the item mall or from a player BUT I have no idea if it does reset only one skill that you choose or all your uniques. I never did.

You can not reset just one skill. If you get a unique skill reset, it will do all of them.

As pdfisher said, you can reset ALL unique skills but not just one.
And once you have chosen a second job, there is no changing that, sorry.

Good question. I don't think it does, but it does affect damage done.
