you should follow their suggestion to max the cart remodeling skill

CC would be your main leveling AoE here, AB will come by the time you reach level140+

 

as for the stats, i follow dr azzy's HBP optimized build

i increase int first --> 90 / then dex --> 90, lastly is str --->90

homunculus helps here a lot, my homunculus is a sera, once she reach the pain killer level, mobbing is just a joke ( choose your homunculus wisely to suit your play style, mine is def )

 

for the items i recommend these

 

+9 EMH - dark ping

BDM

+x RTE (3x AS )

 

i think any gear that increases your range damage or int will help the damage for CC a lot

 

for the leveling, hunt undeads with holy canon balls + aspersio scrolls
