They are account bound i know, but since last patch today now u cant put them in sotrage.

So they probably made those re-roll char locked wich is a insult. There will be a point where you just wont to change nothing on your char so no reason to keep  items like this locked on a character. But I prefer to believe it's just a mistake wich will be fixed.

Open ur daily box, if u get one of the three items i listed on topic, put the im storage, until this point everything works dandy. Now get it out to one character (i was fixing my storage stuff location), then u cant put back in storage.... its like the items i now character locked, but it dont say that on the description or get any advice before u do it.

 

Besides why will those items character locked...??
