its not BIND ON EQUIP and the slots are normal its not PURPLE AND GOLD SLOT.....
it should be gold and purple slot not RUNE slot, red slot and blue slot

Clarify how this is a bug? The fact that it is not bind on equip or the fact that it doesn't have a gold slot to let priests equip a power seed to make them more stronger?

 

And before the argument is made that the other off-hand weapons have a gold slot to equip a green seed and so the bible should too, I just want to state that I don't think the off-hand weapons should even have a gold slot in the beginning. If anything, they should follow the bible format on seed slots.

I think Chrono meant the part about it not being Bind on Equip as all other Eddga pieces are supposed to be.

 

Regarding the rune slots, I don't think any offhand should have the same slots as the main weapon because that gives an unfair advantage to classes that do not possess an offhand weapon. Not gold, not green/red/blue, nothing.

 

Of course that's only my personal opinion on the matter, and we'll probably keep an eye on the on-going discussion about offhand weapons to prepare a suggestion for a change.

power seeds dont affect DoTs anyways... only direct dmg skills like RoG and maybe it includes Heals too...

Dots are % on your p or mattack power so it's easy to check if power rune work or not

I don't think the power rune modify the stat value on cara window so you simply need to do some mat whit your skill % exanple 1000 mat 25% dot = 250 damage power rune 10% = 275 damage

rafnex is right, power seed rune doesnt affect DOTs nor Heal/Reno for priest. so on the contrary that priest is losing out due to the 'bugged' eddga bible rune slot might be wrong

 

the current eddga bible rune slot actually benefit priest more imho
