Why i always see this when i top up IM? already for 3 days seen this

Please don't post any pictures regarding your account at the forum. Instead, you should make a ticket.

 

Here is the link to support https://support.warp...3d-f7cd57555f7f    Use the department "Payment Support" and then fill in the rest of the ticket as indicated.  Explain your situation as completely as possible. Once you have submitted the ticket, give support 48 hours to reply.

I'm sorry you're having this issue but I'm sure support will be able to help you sort everything out.

Same here.. it always says "Sorry, your payment failed. No charges were made." i use BOKU(pay by mobile btw..) and it will come to the point where it will say "Whoa! You've requested a lot of payment" and from that point u will wait for a couple of minutes or hours to be able try again..

 

I did made a ticket last week and they said that "I am pleased to inform you that your account has been verified. You may now purchase through your WarpPortal". and when i tried to purchase again today it still has the same problem.

it will succeed though after a couple of tries but most of the time it fails, like maybe 10% you will succeed every attempt

becareful of multiple tries you might get banned they might think you are doing something irregular it happened to one of my clanmates his warpportal account has been suspended due to same issue...just saying :)

Can i just ask if what kind of problems you guys are experiencing? I'm having the same exact problem as Mark. i'm also using BOKU(philippines)
