kinda happy knowing that extended chars max level is only 160
happy because its not to much compared to leveling till 175, and also extended could again be the "underdog", and would have less time focusing on my SN(main char) and start focusing on rebellion once its released 
but i do hope that in the near future extended goes further xD

When will Kagerou/Oboro/Rebel get 175 base level? Is it on kRO?

No.
Looks like these classes made novelty thanks to numerous balance limitations that was applied to them.
