I apologise if this has been addressed elsewhere, I could not find it.

I can log in on another account just fine but I when I try logging in on a different account it proceeds to the tab where it shows me the current number of online players then after I click next, it loads a while and eventually tells me failed to connect to server. It's been doing this for a day now. I don't get what up. I've patched all files.
